Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

The average processing time for orders is 10-15 working days. We only begin to process your order after receipt of at least 70% deposit.

For orders outside of Lagos, particularly if payment is being made via international wire, such orders will be processed only after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email when the order has shipped. This mail contains a tracking number so that you can track your order and know the exact location in real-time.

 

DELIVERY/PICKUP

All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express and are signature-only shipments, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your package.

You can also opt to pick up at our office.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

 

CHARGES

A delivery fee is required for all deliveries within and outside Nigeria.

International orders will require a shipping fee between $30-$50 depending on the region.

Please note that should duties apply in your home country, the receiver will be responsible for that.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

You will receive a call from the courier company prior to delivery.

Failure to reach the customer on the phone may warrant a re-scheduled delivery after which the package will be taken back to their nearest office where it can picked up at your convenience.
